Daily vitamin E requirements vary from person to person, depending on the person’s age and physical condition. Thus, the recommended daily intake of vitamin E is:

– 6 to 7 mg/day for children between 1 year and eight years old

– 11 mg/day for children aged 9 to 13

– 12 mg/day from the age of 14

– 15 mg/day for pregnant women
