  • Repeat for 30 seconds.

  • Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Squat down and place your hands on the ground in front of you.
  • Jump your feet back so that you are in a plank position.
  • Lower your body down to the ground and do a push-up.
  • Jump your feet back up to your hands and stand up.
  • Jump into the air and clap your hands above your head.
  • Repeat for 10-15 repetitions.
  1. Mountain climbers
  • Begin in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width separately and your body in a straight line from your head to your heels.
  • Bring your right knee towards your chest, extending your left leg.
  • Return your right leg to the starting position and bring your left knee near your chest.
  • Continue alternating legs, bringing each knee to your chest as quickly as possible.
  • Do this for 30 seconds.
